At NearGro, we strive to provide you with the fastest and most reliable delivery service possible. We offer a seamless experience to ensure that your groceries, dry fruits, and essentials reach you in the shortest possible time.
1. Delivery Time
We aim to deliver all orders within 30-45 minutes, depending on the location and availability of products. However, in some cases, delivery times may vary due to external factors like weather, traffic conditions, or product availability.
2. Delivery Methods
We offer several delivery options to ensure the fastest service possible:
In-house Delivery Team: Direct delivery by NearGro’s team for quicker and more reliable service in local areas.
Shiprocket: We use Shiprocket for areas where we don’t provide direct delivery, ensuring a safe and timely shipping process.
Third-Party Delivery Services: In some cases, third-party services may be used to fulfill the delivery, depending on the location and the products ordered.
3. Delivery Locations
Currently, we provide delivery services in and around Deoghar, Jharkhand. We may expand our service areas in the future, and updates will be provided on our website.
4. Delivery Charges
We offer free delivery for orders above ₹599 within our service areas. For orders below ₹599, a delivery fee of ₹20 will apply, which will be calculated at checkout.
5. Product Availability
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item you ordered is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternatives or a full refund.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an SMS or email notification with a tracking link (if applicable) to monitor your delivery’s progress.
7. Issues with Delivery
If you face any issues with delivery, such as missing items, delays, or damaged goods, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
8. Return and Refunds
We currently do not accept returns on perishable items like fresh groceries and dry fruits due to hygiene and safety reasons. However, if you receive damaged or incorrect products, please notify us within 24 hours for a refund or replacement.
9. Payment
We accept cash on delivery and Razorpay for online payments. Please ensure that your payment is completed before or at the time of delivery.
