Return & Refund Policy

At NearGro, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. However, due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds. Please review our Return and Refund Policy below.
1. Returns Policy
Due to the perishable nature of many of our products (such as groceries, dry fruits, and fresh items), we are unable to accept returns once the items have been delivered. NearGro takes great care in packaging and delivering your items to ensure they are in the best condition possible.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged or incorrect products, we will gladly process a replacement or refund as per the following conditions:
Damaged Goods: If any of the items in your order are damaged upon delivery, please contact our customer service within 24 hours with clear images of the damaged items. We will either offer a replacement or full refund depending on the situation.
Incorrect Items: If the wrong product is delivered to you, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving the order. We will correct the mistake by sending the correct items and/or offering a refund.
3. Refund Process
Refunds are processed based on the payment method used at the time of purchase:
Online Payments (via Razorpay): Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the order. Refunds may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cash on Delivery (COD): If you paid via COD and are entitled to a refund, we will initiate the refund through a bank transfer or Razorpay wallet. You will be asked to provide your bank account details for the transfer.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Due to the nature of our business, the following items are non-refundable:
Perishable items such as fresh groceries, dry fruits, and consumables.
Opened or used products.
5. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel an order before it is dispatched, please contact us immediately. Once the order is confirmed and dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed.
Pre-dispatch Cancellation: If you request a cancellation before the order is shipped, we will process a full refund.
Post-dispatch Cancellation: Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled. However, if there is an issue with the order upon delivery (damaged, incorrect, etc.), our Return and Refund Policy will apply.

7. Refund Timelines
For Damaged/Incorrect Items: Once we approve your refund request, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
For Canceled Orders: Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7-10 business days, depending on the payment method.
