Payment Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods for your convenience:

Cash on Delivery (COD): You can pay for your order in cash at the time of delivery.

Online Payment via Razorpay: You can pay for your order through Razorpay, which supports:

Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)

UPI (Unified Payments Interface)

Digital Wallets (Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.)

2. Payment Process

Online Payment: When you place an order, you will be directed to the payment gateway where you can select your preferred online payment method. After completing the payment, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS.

Cash on Delivery (COD): If you select the COD option, you can pay in cash to the delivery person upon receiving the order. Please ensure that the exact amount is ready for a smooth transaction.

3. Order Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation via email and/or SMS. For COD orders, confirmation will be sent after the order is dispatched.

4. Payment Security

We use Razorpay as our trusted payment gateway to ensure your online payments are secure. All transactions are encrypted and processed according to the highest security standards to protect your sensitive financial information.

5. Payment Issues

6. Billing Information

It is your responsibility to provide accurate billing and contact details when placing an order. Any discrepancies may delay the delivery or cause issues with your payment.

7. Refunds

If a refund is due to a canceled order or other issues (e.g., damaged goods), we will process the refund based on the payment method used:

Online Payment: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method via Razorpay.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds for COD payments will be processed via bank transfer or Razorpay wallet, depending on the circumstances.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

NearGro reserves the right to update or modify this Payment Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of the service will constitute your acceptance of the updated policy.
